There are definitely a lot of things to do in Tucson. So, whenever I have friends or family coming to town, here are a few of my go-to’s for a morning of Tucson adventure:
1. Hike Sabino Canyon (Seven Falls)
The Seven Falls Trail in Sabino Canyon is a moderate hike – about 8.2-miles (round trip) unless you take the tram part of the way, which shortens it to about 4.6 miles. There are beautiful views (Saguaro cactus, bluffs, wildlife) all along the way ending with seven glorious waterfalls pouring into a pool beneath – when they are flowing of course. Start early, bring water and wear shoes.

2. Breakfast at Bisbee Breakfast Club – my favorite place in Tucson for breakfast.
I recommend ordering the waffles and the homemade sausage patties but there are so many options!
3. Catch a movie.
By the time you are done hiking and have had a nice breakfast, it will be time to sit down and recharge (take a nap) for a while. Galaxy Theaters, Cinemark Century Park Place and Roadhouse Cinemas are great options on the east side.
As I said before, there are a lot of things to do in Tucson – and this is a good start. Check back from time to time for more ideas, or if you are planning on heading this way and want some more ideas, just Ask!
